Hey there,
When someone tells you to “Follow my lead,” you understand they want you to do what they do … or do what they tell you to do.
And if you trust that person, you’ll follow their lead. And expect the best outcome.
So if I were to tell you that God has given you your own personal angel whose sole job is to lead you to heaven … wouldn’t you want to follow his lead?
The trick of course, is (1) knowing that your guardian angel is there, (2) understanding all the things he can and will do for you, (3) being able to hear and see his messages, and (4) asking for help when you need it.
Today we celebrate the Memorial of Holy Guardian Angels. So it’s the perfect time to give thanks for our guardian angel … and to learn more about the role he plays in our salvation.
Because as I’ve discovered in gathering these resources, guardian angels do so much more than just watch over children.
Guardian angels are also here throughout adulthood … protecting, serving, and leading.
This week’s issue of Genuflect is all about your guardian angel. Where he came from, what his job is and what it’s not, how he differs from Saints, how to know if your guardian angel is speaking to you, and what to call him.
So you’ll be able to take full advantage of all the assistance your guardian angel has to offer … and to follow his lead to your eternal place in heaven!
